The Flygt N 3153 series of medium-power utility water pumps is designed for high efficiency and continuous operation in harsh conditions. The series includes various pressure characteristics and discharge connection sizes.
Compatibility:
Flygt N 3153 pumps are available in explosion-proof versions and with a variety of impeller materials: Hard Iron, gray iron, or stainless steel. They can be installed both submersible and dry (P, S, T, Z configurations).
N-Technology
The Flygt N technology’s mechanically self-cleaning design easily handles the most challenging demands of modern process waters.
The pump’s unique design prevents the formation of soft and hard blockages. The impeller is designed to freely pass most solid particles. If an object is detected on the impeller’s edge, it is redirected to a backward-angled surface and ejected through a special groove.

Dry horizontal installation (Z)
Horizontal, permanent, dry pump installation: The submersible pump is installed in a dry pit with flanged connections to the suction and discharge pipes.
